Teacher Universe, Inc., a Knowledge Universe company formed in January 1999, supports educators worldwide by providing instructional technology planning, professional development, instructional tools, and career and life services.

@Sales & Marketing conducted extensive research of the teacher community for this client including focus groups, snail mail and e-mail surveys. @Sales & Marketing was also engaged in securing Career and Life Services affiliate and/or strategic partners from among multiple Internet service companies and e-tailers who will integrate their programs into the Teacher Universe portal.


The Super Tutor Learning Network

The Super Tutor Learning Network povides a complete learning solution for middle and high school students.

@Sales & Marketing's business challenge was to launch an Internet subscription service while establish retail distribution for shrink wrap software. At this client, Bob Citelli served as Virtual Vice President Sales & Marketing generating sales and marketing plans and budgets. He hired and deployed national sales force, launched a retail software line securing over 1,000 storefronts, and initiated the Internet Subscription Service quickly generating 50,000+ visitors per month and 10K+ registered subscribers. Strategic partnerships and alliances with major online/offline web sites and education companies were also devloped.


ZapMe!

ZapMe! Corporation is dedicated to providing students with access to the latest tools and information they need for success.

@Sales & Marketing's challenge was to generate a sales plan identifying top teen market prospects for this education service provider. While reporting to the Vice President Advertising Sales, we created functional sales models and positioning themes. We identified top teen market advertising prospects @Sales & Marketing also formulated a plan for advertising sales force including:

Site metrics, rate cards
Sales quotas forecasts
Target accounts, and
Recommended tactics to achieve established goals
