 Sibers is an offshore software development group experienced with PHP, ASP.net, and mobile, Windows, UNIX, Flash, and Java platforms. It is one of the largest players representing Russia in this market. At present the Company is among the Top Three organizations on the online service marketplace called Elance, which provides hundreds of offshore software companies with various projects. The Center is located in a district called Akademgorodok (literally: a town for academies or academicians) near the capital of Siberia, the city of Novosibirsk.
